G. Town Hotel — Hotel in Ilomba

The hotel is brand new and the owner has put a lot of effort into creating his own style (you could like it or not, but it is definitely something that catches your eye...I did not see often automatic mosquito nets in hotels around the world). Rooms are clean, average size. The hotel just opened in Sept. 2016, so thee are still stickers on many of the items around your room. The position is a little out of town, but that means it is also quieter than other hotels.||The bbq chicken at the restaurant is really good. The restaurant manager is extremely nice, he accompanied me and my friend to get the best pork bbq in town. The G.Town hotel is fairly new. A stylish looking 4 storey hotel, it stands out in the surrounding area. Nicely finished, very comfortable and well furnished rooms. Good WiFi.||||Some of the features really appeal to the engineer in me and had me giggling like a school girl. The mosquito nets over the beds are raised and lowered electrically via remote control and some of the seating in the bar area slides and swivels on rails like an amusement park ride.||||That's enough for me to recommend this place.||||A little bit out of town, about TZS10,000 by taxi, but to be honest there's not much to see or do...

Um, its a chilly place for any occasion, Meetings , family reunion etc... though the place is small, but it can accommodate a good number of people, The rooms are comfy, clean environment for Writers to chill with your laptop 💻 and compose ideas , peaceful , a balcony for late breeze at night .. i liked it i sure...
