Ruaha Hilltop Lodge — Hotel in Iringa Region

This place is amazing! |The views are stunning, food great and rooms spacious and clean. |But what really makes this place so great is the staff. |I was in contact with Emmanuel who works out of their office in Iringa. He was able to book me bus tickets from Mbeya to Iringa as well as my onward travel tickets to Dar. He contacted someone in Mbeya to help me at the bus staiton there to ensure I was on the correct bus etc. |Donald and Aloysus at the lodge are super friendly and helpful. And I had an amazing day within the park with Bosco as my driver and Leonard as my guide. Everyone jsut goes above and beyond to make this such a fantastic place to stay. |My room was one of the newer ones so further up the hill from the dining area, but very spacious with great views and an outdoor shower as a bonus!! |I highly recommend a stay here if...

This place is nothing but amazing!||The view, the accommodation, the staff!||The terrace overlooking endless savanna with a spectacular African sunrise and sunset where you can enjoy your food and drinks.|The unique accommodation built in local style is experience for itself. Spacious lodges with all the amenities, mosquito nets and comfy beds. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10.||And the staff... One of the most amazing groups of people we have ever met. Heartwarming, hardworking, extremely pleasant people that are there for you day and night. This trip was a birthday present for my significant other, and they have made a birthday surprise party with a cake, bottle of wine and traditional Masai Shuka as a gift for my partner.||Manager Donald and chief staff Alois with the rest of the group have made our stay there...

The Ruaha Hilltop Lodge is the perfect place for anyone who is looking for exceptional tanzanian hospitality, friendly and caring staff, beautiful accomodation, delicious local food and very knowledgeable safari guides. The kind driver collected us in Iringa and drove us back after our stay, which made our journey to the Ruaha Nationalpark very easy and convenient.|We very much enjoyed our stay and the safari in Ruaha Nationalpark and can highly recommend the lodge and it's tours. Ruaha Nationalpark is one of the less visited Nationalparks in Tanzania which allows almost private game drives through the park which really improves the safari experience. Should we return to Iringa one day, we will definitely visit the Ruaha Hilltop...
