Ang'ata Tarangire Camp — Hotel in Manyara Region

We stayed here two nights - it was so much more than we had expected. The food was exceptional at breakfast and dinner. For lunch we chose the box lunch option so we could stay out on the game drive all day and the amount of food they gave us blew us away. So much food. The facilities themselves were nice. For the two of us it was more than enough. You have to request hot water for a shower and they are prompt with it. The bed was comfy and clean. The washroom area was clean. The lounge/dining area was nice. Could have used another charging strip as there wasn't enough room for every body to charge at one time. I live in the southern United States - home to Southern Hospitality - and the staff at this camp showed us what hospitality and stewardship really are. So very nice in everything...

This experience was the glamping we have always wanted to do. We are a family of four and we had adjoining “tents”. The “tents” were hardware wood floors with their own hit shower and bathrooms, and living room. ||The location is directly inside the the Tarangire national park. You have to be escorted around the grounds after dark because you are staying right with the animals. ||The food was really amazing. They bake their bread onsite. The menu catered to my wife’s dietary restrictions and everything was delicious. They even provided box lunches when we wanted to stay out on game drives. ||The wildlife is amazing.
