The hotel is clean and most of all secure. But check you the linen mine here dirty, but they quickly came and change the whole thing. Dont spect a quiet night, they will be at the bar until late at night and they are loud chatting and laughing. Its a fort, when you get to to the city you can't imagine that will be a real hotel in it until you get into the gate, inside you will find it clean and very well taken care of, very friendly staff, the restaurant have a open kitchen and they will invite you to get into it if you re interested I did. They will do anything t please tou ne make you feel at home. The city self is small, a Masai city but it's the home of Tanzanite a precious and expensive gem. Value for money. Stayed for two nights and it was a comfortable stay. Room and public areas are kept clean. Pillows, bed, and cotton sheets are soft and freshly laundered. A/c works well, good pressure in hot shower, washroom has bathtub and is clean, toiletries provided including toothbrush and toothpaste, fridge and safe in room, writing desk with comfortable chair, electric kettle with tea and coffee provided as well. Service is good and they do their best to provide what is needed. Breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is delicious and menu changes everyday. Good parking space and nice garden to have lunch or early dinner. Wi-Fi not working in the upper rooms, but it’s not a big issue to me.
