Kibo Peak Palace Hotel — Hotel in Morogoro Region

Where do I start from the outside it looks fancy and appealing to the eyes and has good outdoor security they had sanitizers at the front desk battling the corona pandemic ( i was hooked)|THE TURNING POINT 😫| front desk lady was very rude I couldn't believe my ears i asked for the best available room and she told me it was up stairs i asked if there were any ground floor rooms she said yes but after seeing them i was not impressed my husband and i opted for the supreme . The lady ASKED "will you be able to climb the stairs with your weight " WTF OMG I WAS LIKE WHAT DID U SAY she apologized but seriously WTF i wanted to leave but it was really late .... ||The ROOM OMG AC FLAP BROKEN THE NET WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY 😷 ||THE BEDROOM WALL WAS PEELING OFF OMG I KEPT TELLING MYSELF ITS ONLY FOR A FEW HOURS.||Room coms were not working at all we had to call the managers personal line thats when we got some assistance.|||Me and my husband checked out at 6 we couldn't wait to leave we didn't even bother with breakfast.||This could be a great hotel with right staff trained in the hospitality business BECAUSE ONE CANT BE FAT SHAMING PEOPLE / GUESTS ITS JUST RUDE!!!! and proper maintenance of the...

we travelled to Morogoro with my relatives and we were looking for a near by restaurant or bar to have our lunch. We managed to saw this hotel along the highway before reaching at Msamvu Bus Terminal. It was beautiful with it's garden and surrounding compound.||||There offer of foods and drinks is very good with a lot of menu and bunch of brands of drinks. As were in group we ordered in collective manner, chicken BBQ, steamed rice, mixed of salads, stewed soups and soft drinks such as sodas and fresh juices for my young nieces. The services with customers was good and their Chef can visit your table just to make sure everything is okay. My Pops booked this hotel earlier this month of September coming from Dar Es Salaam, my mom was advised by her friend who visited here earlier last year. We were welcomed with warmly friendly gesture. Rooms were clean and organized.||||Our two days stay were amazing, my niece and her schoolmates who they are schooling together in a boarding school that live in this region reunited and had a lot of fun at the hotel gardens. The food and their line of drinks offered from the restaurant was superb.
