Pathetic, completely pathetic, pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Meeting space completely sub par with no internet access for teaching for presentation, or to be more fair, NO bandwidth that allows for more than 1-2 learners on a network at a time. No reliable connection to tethering, no way to run a seminar that requires any knowledge of any kind. A gigantic hole of technological incompetence that cost me about USD$20,000 because my USAID seminar couldn't run. From the outside, the hotel is good enough, and staff at the reception are friendly. The room was large, with all necessary furniture such as table and chairs, the bed was fine. But as soon as I switched on the AC the power went out in my room and the neighboring one. Staff could not care less. Wifi was working OK.
