My stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly from the receptionist to the waiters at the restaurant. Everything was top notch and I highly recommend Luwa Evergreen if you ever plan to visit Mtwara.
The breakfast was simple and we were greeted by the Director himself which was a warmly appreciated feeling. He asked if we needed anything and you don’t see directors doing that these days so another plus point.
And the best thing in the rooms was that there was DSTV connection so we could watch the Premier League games without having to move around the town looking for a spot to watch the game.

Air conditioning in the room was efective. Mosquito net around the bed was very good. The room was with a beautiful see view. Its a small walk from the hotell to the beach. Read moreThis is a new gem in Mtwara. By far, it offers the best value-for-money of any hotel I've seen in Mtwara. The furniture and appliances are still very new and the hotel has a modern feel to it (I really hope they can upkeep the place to maintain the standard). The staff are very courteous and try hard to make your stay comfortable. There are a few areas they'll have to fine tune (e.g., how to handle crises), but I think it will come with experience as the hotel becomes more popular.
