The location is excellent since it's right near the bus station. No travel required. The customer service was excellent. I was assisted immediately and the staff was very friendly. The wifi was down. So no free wifi that day. The room was very clean. The bed sheets were white and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was extra clean. However, there was a mild but persistent unpleasant smell in the room. It wasn't coming from the bathroom but I opened the window and turned on the fan and dealt with it. I would return here again if I needed to and I would recommend this...
