PekuPeku Saadani Tented Camp — Hotel in Pwani Region

We spent 2 nights at PekuPeku with our 2 teenage boys and we absolutely loved it. Allan has created a beautiful small camp where you are completely emerged by nature and are treated to an exclusive safari experience. From waking up looking at the monkeys in the surrounding trees, to a wonderful river safari (a unique experience where we saw loads of crocs, hippo’s and monkey’s) to having an excellent dinner at the camp fire and the second night even at the river bed, it was amazing. We also did a wonderful game drive with lunch and a swim at the beach. Dont expect to see the big 5 and dont expect 5 star luxury, but expect something better, away from the crowds and with Allan as an excellent host and guide with over 20 years of experience.
