A Memorable Stay at Fukuchani Inn Hotel
We are deeply grateful for the exceptional hospitality and service we experienced at Fukuchani Inn Hotel. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and the impeccable attention to detail, every moment of our stay was truly special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the serene environment made it a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.
As we reflect on our time here, we are reminded of the words of Scripture: "Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it" (Hebrews 13:2). Your kindness and care embodied this verse, and we felt blessed to be in such a wonderful place.
Thank you, Fukuchani Inn Hotel, for creating memories we will cherish forever. May your establishment continue to flourish and be a source of joy and peace to all who visit.
With gratitude...
Read moreThe hotel has exceptionally friendly staff. They are always ready to help and answer questions. The owner is also available for conversation and assistance. The hotel maintains European-standard cleanliness. The rooms have mosquito nets, but they are unnecessary (no mosquitoes, at least in October). Food is prepared with fresh, local products. There is a beach nearby, but unfortunately, it's not very suitable for sunbathing. There are no shops nearby. The hotel is located off the beaten track, allowing for more privacy. From the hotel, you can easily reach the beaches in Nungwi or Kendwa by Dala Dala or taxi. Photo shows Daisy, the owner's lazy and very friendly dog. Be aware that hotel is almost in jungle so there are some flies, small lizards and ants (not many) and from time to time there are power loses. You are in Zanzibar,...

The cuisine is very good, but it takes longer than in most restaurants to get your meal. The owners are very friendly and super helpful, truly caring about their guests. Some of the staff don't speak English well, but that was not a major problem during our stay.
They accept cash only: EUR, USD, or TZS with very fair exchange rates.
Last but not the least: I highly recommend that you ask the owners about the "secret" beach near the Nungwi airport - it is a forgotten place about 15 minutes by car, truly...
