When we arrived at the hotel, it seemed like it would be perfect. We were happy with the nice pool and spacious rooms. However, after two days, in the middle of the night, someone broke into our room and the room next door. Although the windows were closed, they didn’t have any locks from the inside, so someone simply slid them open and took our belongings while we were asleep.||||Because the air conditioning and fan were on in the room, it was hard to hear anything. My husband woke up in the middle of the night and saw someone reaching into our room with a stick to grab our things. He quickly got up and scared the person off. He also alerted the guests in the room next door, but unfortunately, they weren’t as lucky as us – they had already lost a lot of their belongings, including a phone and money.||||We went to the reception and called the police. We found a bag and other items near the hotel, but everything had already been emptied. My husband spent half the day at the police station, but we were unable to recover anything.||||The hotel has no security, even though it claims to on its website. It did not ensure our safety, and the staff completely washed their hands of the situation. No one – except a waiter in the restaurant – came to check if we were okay or if we needed help. The hotel manager avoided us and didn’t want to talk to us. It was a complete failure.||||The rest of our holiday was spent begging them to fix the windows and to take responsibility for what happened. Nothing was done. I asked to speak with the manager several times – she promised to meet with us, but when we went to see her, she was either unavailable or hiding.||||In the end, we even had to pay for laundry and the meals we ate at the hotel. No one even offered to waive those charges as compensation for what we went through. I will be contacting Booking.com to hold the hotel accountable for this experience.||||Additionally, the hotel is far from the city, and every trip to the beach takes around 30 minutes. I strongly advise against booking this hotel because you will not feel safe there. It’s in the middle of nowhere, and anything...

Read moreI dont know where to start, everything is wrong with this hotel. Lets start from rooms, quality and conditions of rooms are poor shower not working, toilets broken, doors and windows are not closing and locking properly(not safe). Because of condition of the rooms we got robbed at night !! Even with locked doors and windows he managed to get in without any effort by opening our window and taking our bags. Next day the hotel told us that the security guy was on holiday for ten days that night to visit his family (lie). Breakfast in the morning was horrendous always lack of food and poor quality everyday just the same rolls and fruits. Condition of pool sunbeds was terrible braking apart. One day we asked them to do a small bag of washing and at the end of our stay they charged us for 13kg of washing (more like 4kg) SCAM!!!. On our last bill they charged us extra for food we never ordered we tried to resolve this but the manager was avoiding us the whole stay and staff from hotel were unable to do anything. AVOID bad hotel NOT SAFE and the photos are definitely 10 years old when everything was nice new and fresh
