Palm Residence by Amazing Zanzibar — Hotel in Unguja

Me and my husband stayed in this incredible breathtaking villa!! The rooms were spacious and clean with amazing balcony view of the pool and ocean which I can’t even describe how beautiful it was! The staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Zanzibar. I Couldn’t have asked for more, the property literally has everything that you need. The infinity pool with the ocean view from all over the villa was breathtaking. Yussuf one of the staff made sure all of our needs were met, went way above and beyond for us and made our stay very comfortable. The chef in the villa made whatever food we asked for and it was delicious!!!, we didn’t even want to eat out that’s how good his cooking was. Lucy made sure we had fresh towels and changed our bedding daily and made sure the property stayed clean throughout our stay. The owner was amazing and very kind throughout our whole stay keeping in contact making sure we was comfortable. The Palm Residence was one of the most beautiful places we've stayed! It has stunning panoramic views of the sea, is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and fruit trees and we enjoyed seeing local wildlife such as dik-diks and horses. The interior is stunning, as well as being very clean and comfortable. Jeremiah, the butler, was absolutely amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our experience comfortable, and completely customized his service to our needs. We miss him! Ibrahim, the owner, gave us an initial tour of the place, and was really helpful throughout. We were disappointed with the kitchen. We were expecting a full working kitchen like there is in most Airbnb’s, but the oven and stove didn’t work, and there was no equipment for cooking. I was hoping to cook there, using fresh ingredients that I find in the market, but I couldn’t. However, the Airbnb does prepare food to order on request, at an additional cost

Fantastic boutique house in a small village. Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and friends ( a group of 8 people) through our trip in Zanzibar. House : a unique place with a great view on the swimming pool and the ocean. Rooms are nicely decorated, all necessary facilities are there. Food : We enjoyed the breakfast time, all we need to do is sit there and eat whatever you want, no need to move around to get your food. The staff was there for us every single second. Staff: The staff was friendly and accommodating. At the beginning they welcomed us with a glass of fresh juice, remembered our names and were attentive to every need. Everyone spoke English. The manager of the house is simply great. Celebration : During our stay, we had a 40th anniversary from my parents marriage.
