Don't even investigate their own error and ignore customer.||Paid for night, but did not and will never check-in with this place.||I called to this hotel 1 day before my arrival that I would like to requested early check-in service and I willing to pay for this service as well so the Operator on that nightshift 9 APR 2021 informed me that for this service please contact their Front Office when checking-in. However when I arrived next day 10.00 hrs. 10 APR 2021 their Assistant Manager informed me that their hotel was fully booked since last night and it was my own fault to not inform them this request 1-2 hours before arrival. I did not complained at all but I told them that why your stuff last night did not tell me that room was fully booked since last night?!? The Assistant Manager still insisted that it's not their error and left this topic away. ||So because their lobby is small. I have to wait and sit next to them 1 Meter away waiting for my room to be ready. ||The worst thing was when I waited for 45 minutes other guest already checked out for 3-4 rooms (It's not even busy at that time) but the same Assistant Manager and their college (Both of them sit next to me) didn't even come, notice or call me which 1 meter away and tell me that how long I have to wait or is the early check-in I requested before will be arranged soon! ||So I left the place and found a new hotel while I already fully paid for...

Read moreOur recent experience at the hotel left us rather disappointed. We had made a reservation for a room that accommodated three individuals - two adults and one child who was just 12 years old. However, when we requested an additional towel for our child, the hotel staff refused to provide one without imposing an extra charge of 200 baht per towel.
We were perplexed by this response because our reservation clearly indicated that we were a party of three. It seemed unfair that we were being asked to pay extra for a basic amenity like a towel, especially when the reservation details explicitly stated the number of guests.
This situation left us feeling like the hotel's policy lacked flexibility and a service-minded approach. We believe that hotels should aim to provide comfort and convenience to their guests, especially when the guest count matches the reservation. It's only reasonable to expect that a room booked for three people would include adequate amenities for all three guests.
Unfortunately, our request for an extra towel was met with an inflexible stance, which we found quite disappointing. As paying customers, we expected better treatment and a more understanding approach...
