Chadaporn Rentroom — Hotel in Chiang Mai Province

We got a twin bed room with breakfast for 650. Room was very good. Beds so comfortable. Good quality linens. Perfectly cleaned. Beautiful view all around. Breakfast Thai style self service. Fried rice, eggs, rice porridge, toast bread with jam, coffee 3in1, tea, oranges. Unfortunately the third and last night came a large group of Thai people (25 rooms booked). They sat down few meters from the our room, they drank alcohol and at 23PM they were totally drunk, noisy, disturbing. We called the hotel manager and he stopped them. They were low level people, impolite, rude. We often have experienced situations like this in Thailand, unfortunately. Obviously those people once in the room were noisy again. We couldn't sleep before 1AM. If that incident didn't occurred I would rate 5 stars this hotel. Staff is nice,...

Room was very nice. A fridge, tv, fan, closet, own bathroom and good beds.|People are friendly and try to help, but due to poor English this isn't easy. |In the morning we got free coffee and a cake. Didn't know so that is a nice surprise.|Wifi is better then in a big(ger) city.|The surroundings are very quiet and a nice view. Though, it can be cold at night/morning.||Downsides:|The bathroom smelled horribly! We didn't took a shower and used the toilet only when really, really needed it.|The road to the hotel is small and dark. A good spot for vicious dogs to hang around in the evening. We were approached by two not very friendly dogs that blocked that way. We walked back and thank God for two locals that didn't speak English, but understood us and brought us by scooter...

This was a quick one night stop for us. This place is brand new, still under construction actually. No worries, the workers stop work early so we were not inconvenienced by noise. The room is great, nicely furnished, bath is well thought of and clean, but... the bed was ROCK hard. So hard in fact that we had to laugh... until it was time to sleep. This side sleeper here had a very hard time getting comfortable. Didn’t get a good night’s sleep. It’s really too bad because everything else is well done. If you’re going to cut corners, don’t do it on the beds if you are in the hotel business!! Breakfast was pretty basic but okay. We...
