I'm writing this cause there's not much of a review for this place (esp in Eng). I'd say It's justly priced, but is it the best in CM? absolutely not. Mooban continue to grow but not their facilities (and staff? they seems overworked but idk). In my zone, there's often power shortage problems whenever contruction sites comsume too much electricity and mind you there's alway a new construction here. I was told by PEA that this problem occurs bc my zone doesn't have big enough transformer. In 2.5 months, my house has 7 electrical incidents (5 times for my house and 2-3 times for others in the same area). I need to sort this out by my own as they (do come fix my consumer box but) don't care to find the root cause and said it was normal and could be bc of my own appliance. I'm not saying not to buy or rent here. Luckily people are nice and chill and It's beautiful here in summer. Just make sure you check the facilities and MUST visit here at night. Personally, I think it's not well-lit and zone 2 basically look deserted. Also if you buy a fully-furnished one, really look into material used for the buit-in if it is to your satisfaction. For Thailand standards, this place is 5 stars. Wide, spacious roads, no pungent odors from the sewage drains, no flooding during rainy season due to many ponds spread out through the community. My personal thoughts, poorly managed moo baan, water (city water at that) cut off for days at a time and no one in the moo baan Management being accountable.
