Amazing! This hotel is a little gem, especially if you’re traveling with kids. There are several pools — some designed perfectly for children, with small slides, boats, and even ponds full of goldfish crossed by little bridges. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We arrived around 9 p.m. without a reservation and were given the last available room. It hadn’t been used in a while and had a slight smell, so around 10 p.m. I asked if it might be possible to change rooms — honestly expecting it was too late. To my surprise, the staff immediately rearranged things and moved us to another room. That kind of service is truly outstanding!

Well.... This place is good but a bit tatty, looks like parts are getting refurbished and other parts are definitely in need of it. Our villa was very short on things like, no kitchen towels, one towel each in bedroom, kitchen utensils are low for example, family of five to share three forks?? Staff helpful but pool areas need a really good clean. Pool slides were filthy, fish pond quite dirty. Rooms were clean and tidy just a bit tatty. It was a nice relaxing stay apart from some very noisy and badly behaved German kids which is not the resorts fault but probably not...
