Beach Walk Boutique Resort — Hotel in Chon Buri Province

I found this place on tripadvisor when I was browsing for a place to stay for one night in Bangsaen. The reviews look great, and the price of 3500 baht in total for 2 people look great. ||||On the day our weekend out-of-town (Bangkok) journey, my sister also came together with me and mother so we were 3 in total. The staff informed us that it cost 1000 per night per an extra person so we had to pay the room price plus that additional price at the lobby. I was a bit shocked to learn that 3500 baht per night was the price for the room only without breakfast. I think it's too expensive with the size of the room provided and everything we got at the place. Does it look nice, yes. But with that room size, I'd pay maximum of 3000 baht per night for 2 people with breakfast included. I was a bit disappointed. Here I had to pay 3500 baht with an additional cost of the third guest at 1000 baht, and another 350 baht for breakfast per person. (We ended up not paying for breakfast as we thought it was too expensive. The breakfast is good as the food quality was also very good, but the dishes offered were still limited and would worth around 200 - 250 baht at maximum per person)||||The overall hotel was good. It was cozy and quiet with a lot of noises from small children as it seemed to be popular among families with small kids. I'd probably give it a 4.5 if the room size was bigger. The salt water pool was also nice. The best thing about the pool besides from its quality and maintenance would probably be that it's closed at midnight.||||To our surprise, the Au-Chao restaurant on the beach as part of the hotel was wonderful in the evening and at night. We were not so impressed with the room, the hotel's quality and staff but the food offered by this restaurant and the staff at the restaurant were probably the best we've ever encountered in Bangsaen. There was also live music played throughout the evening and at night as the restaurant is closed around 10.30 p.m. (last order around 9.30 p.m.) That ended the day on such a high note. We were very impressed with everything about this restaurant. It's a must if you happen to stay here or at a place in Bangsaen. If it's not too difficult for you, I recommend coming to this restaurant in the evening or at night. I don't think you'll disappointed. The food ranges from everything you can imagine: Italian, pizzas, salads, seafood,...

Been here on Sunday and stayed one night. Checked in was no problem. Young staff were helpful but not very informative (probably they are the trainees). The room is nice size, clean with good toiletries. One down point is the air conditioning in the room was so noisy. ||We had lunch at the restaurant , chef de plago, in the hotel. Everything seemed ok, both food and service, even though the food was a bit slow. So we called friends to join us in the evening for dinner. ||But dinner time was not nice as we expected. Service from restaurant manager wasn't good enough. We asked about the type of wines they do, instead of showing us the wine lists, he told us quickly about wines with his frustrated face. We felt a bit embarrassed because we recommended this place to our friends but the service was not good enough. On top of that, the food was very very slow despite there weren't many customers in the restaurant. Shame about the new building and good facilities. Nice resort in Sansuk, Bang San area. I'm going to vacation with my wife for relax. It same day of they staff party, nothing for food and drink included room service also. Bad luck for me by no one informed when booking the room from website. Our room is was nice good view, Jacuzzi available in corridor with nice with of half private beach. Good deco but some of facilities was damage as per I try to open the lamp but to seem the switch is damage no cover but already plug and my finger touch direct to electricity and lucky for me to safe in situation just feel touch. A lot of mosquito in room. WiFi available in room but if you planning to relax with your holiday or honeymoon, I will recommended check with they staff about operate on that period. Staff there was police and friendly. Not much to take picture of resort because spend all the time to find some food out of the resort but over all is nice for...
