INTERPARK Hotel & Residence Rayong (Daily-monthly) — Hotel in Chon Buri Province

This hotel is very clean and orderly with ample parking. ||There are no bellhops to assist with luggage so you are on your own getting them up the front steps. ||There is daily service of the room. However on a recent stay the toilet paper roll was close to the end when we arrived. Inevitably it all ended. Upon returning after the next day out a new roll had notappeared requiring a trip to the front desk. This happened a second time. |On another day we returned and discovered there were no large towels left in the room. A call to the front desk resulted in a staff member bringing two of them explaining that the cleaned towels had not arrived back from the laundry at the conclusion of the daily cleaning, which is understandable. But then why not proceed to supply 2 towels to each room that did not have them without the necessity of a call to the front desk on our mobile phone sicnr there is no phone in the room. ||there is a balcony outside the room but there is no furniture if you wish to sit there. There is a mini fridge but no safe.|two packets of coffee were supplied on most days but not on one and there is no tea. || The TV could not be turned on. |the hall lights are out during the day and it was difficult to see the lock to insert the key. Only one key per room will be supplied. ||The air conditioner is located opposite the bed and blows directly on it.||The staff while not unfriendly never smiles or greeted us including the breakfast area. Breakfast is adequate but the chafing dishes are unheated so the food is room temperature. ||The toaster did not work. ||There is a restaurant called OZONE that appears to be Chinese. We entered in the evening and took our seats at table. A woman appeared and placed two menus on the table showing nine items . She then disappeared. Another woman appeared, glanced at us while walking into a private room. A man also appeared and proceeded to what appeared to be an area near a cooler for drinks. After waiting over ten minutes we were never again approached by anyone so got up and went elsewhere. ||There is ample...

An interesting experience. Booked via Agoda. Staf not helpfull and friendly. Gave this feedback then get a phone call after 10pm plus text message that Agoda is to blame for them not giving me an invoice||After I replied that it is also the unfriendliness of the staff I am being told that I am not open minded and should be more considered for the people suffering from the pandemic. Seriously? I really want to recommend the newest cafe just opened with the stunning environmental friendly atmosphere. The first step I got in, I feel like being in the beautiful jungle. It’s a great place to sit and relax drinking coffee while using the co- working space. ||||Also the accommodation of the hotel, one bedroom type is really nice comfortably style of decoration.
