While we were in Thailand we had the opportunity to stay with a very gracious family. During our stay, however, we had the opportunity to tour The Prelude hotel. If I were to return to the area I would definitely stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to the Death Railway, bridge over the river Kwai, lots of shopping, and many other attractions in the area. The hotel seemed quite luxurious with a beautiful pool and very good array of rooms to choose from from standard to luxury many of which had lush tropical views. The staff was very attentive. The hotel was extremely clean. It has a very nice coffee shop. World-class hotel and management in this lovely area. Again, I would definitely look forward to a stay here. It is also very conveniently located to the two world war two cemeteries in Thailand as well as the museum. The rates are very reasonable and you will not be disappointed if...

Hotel situated in the countryside. Spacious room. Bathroom ok apart from the lack of hot water. On the floor, such a 4 cm cockroach died slightly. View of the wall. The pool is there.

The problem is air conditioning. We had 35 degrees in the room. After 2 hours, 33 degrees. After five hours, 29 degrees. It is impossible to go out because then the air conditioning turns off. Nightmare. Reporting the problem did nothing. They came for the cockroach.

Dinner. Chicken, fish, soup, and rice. Food ran out after 30 minutes. The taste of a Polish eatery. The problem is you can't eat anything Thai nearby.

By far the worst hotel...

Had seen the sign for this business many times, but wasn't until a family visit that we checked it out. On the outskirts of the city to the south; on the way to ROBINSON's Mall, it is a gem! The accompanying pix says a lot. It is a large new hotel with all the amenities. It is just a bit off the beaten path and you definitely need a vehicle of your own. Follow the signs down a non-descript tiny road and then turn a corner to see this grand structure! Not the cheapest, but competitive. Apparently it is popular for office parties...

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. It’s a quiet and relaxing place, perfect for unwinding by the pool or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The only downside was the lack of an available iron, which could be inconvenient for some guests. However, aside from that, everything else was great and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The price is comparable to the quality. The beds are like rock, the food amount and options are horrible. If you came here with tour company try upgrading your hotel to the best. My one day stay here was horrible and I will not cam here again. But seriously do not expect anything special the price is comparable to the quality...
