Rangsit Grand Condo — Hotel in Khlong Luang Town Municipality

I'm travel to Bangkok on 31st Oct - 3rd Nov 2014 and i choose to stay at this condo. ||||LOCATION: ||It is quite far from Bangkok City, and it about 15 minutes drive away from Don Meuang International Airport, and it is quite hard to find even the taxi driver need to call the condo coordinator office to ask about the location.||||It quite near to the once of the largest shopping mall in Thailand - Future Park. and it is very convience there is plenty of 24 hours mini mart and 7-11 near the condo, night market selling super cheap local food.||||There is a bus and taxi stand just cross the highway. and you can take a bus or taxi to the nearest BTS Station (Mo Chit Station)||||ROOM:||I'm taking a queen bed room, and it cost about 760THB per night, the room is big and modern design with a balcony, with A/C and fan, Satelite TV, mini fridge, even they provide room service (but the menu all written in Thai!!). The bathroom is clean with hot water shower.||||There is a prepaid WIFI in the condo and it cost 40THB per day but the speed is fast.||||The condo safety is quite good, have 24 hours security on duty, and need to use the access card to enter or exit the condo entrance. ||||FOOD:||Basically there is no problem to find food here. just walk out from the condo there is a lot of street food vendor at the roadside, or just take a 5 minutes walk to the night market. If u can speak Thai, is 100% no problem for u; if u don't, there is a little difficult for u because the menu and signboard all is written in Thai and they couldn't speak and understand English at all.||||Or you can take a taxi to Future Park, there is a lot of restaurant inside the mall too.||||COMMUNICATION:||The communication is a challenge for a foreigner here. because the condo is located in Thai community, most of the people here doesn't speak English. it is quite hard for a foreigner to stay here. ||||Finally, thank to the male condo coordinator who help me a lot when i arrived and the housekeeping lady who clean up my room daily.(sorry I couldn't remember their name )||||Overall this is a quite nice...

Stayed there for 4 nights, coming from a nearby hotel that was horrible. So it's well located, you have plenty of convenience store around, it's near a busy street, so easy to get a taxi and there is a major shopping mall 5 minutes away.||Si I booked their biggest room, which is very big , more like a 1 bed flat than a room. The room is segmented in 3 different areas, living room, bedroom and dressing room, only the bedroom had air conditioning. 2 bathrooms, only 1 was working. I was alone so I didn't mind but they should maintain the room a bit better. ||Apparently they offer complementary bottles of water, but I only got them, the day I checked in, the room was not done once during my stay.||Apparently they have a restaurant, but couldn't find it, again didn't really mind, there are plenty of other options around. And finally, you have to pay for Wi-Fi, at thb75 for 3 days it's very reasonable, but still, I kind of expect WiFi to be free nowadays.||Despite all this, the stay was pleasant, it's very good value for money, you'll need to leave a thb1000 deposit at check in, but it was no trouble getting it back. grand condo is cheap and cheerfull and at the end of the toll way good for getting into town if you need to. don't expect to use the gym nothing works its all broken has been for months apparently.
