Green Point Resort — Hotel in Khok Faet Subdistrict

We are traveling asia for 6 months and have never complained about a room. We booked 3 nights at green point as the address on Agoda said it was in the Suvarnabhumi airport area. Once we arrived at the airport no taxi driver knew where it was, we drove around pointlessly and returned to the airport to get another cab. When we arrived no one spoke english so it took 20 minutes at 10pm after 12 hours of travel, to get into our disgusting room. The bathroom made the entire room smell like wee and poo. The bed was like sleeping on concrete and hurt my hips. We had no blanket, just a large towel. Room was not cleaned in 3 days. Pool was not in use as it was green and dirty. Owner told us it would be fixed by our second day, in which it was not! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do, so not being able to use the pool was an issue. The gym is the only good feature of this hotel, although it has no air con. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!! I hate it. There is nowhere to rent a scooter or eat a meal....

PRO: Close to the airport. Quiet. The room was clean. Friendly service. Price good quality food.||NEGATIVE:||In their website costs a room 2 200 Bat, the sign on the street 350 Bat and at the reception 450. The day I checked in there was a cigarette butt in the stairwell. 2 days later she was still there. The plates of the room service remained in the corridor.||The pool was filled with leaves and the water was slightly turbid. Cold water in the shower.. I was allowed to change rooms. No toilet paper. ||Rooms are not cleaned daily let alone changing towels...
