Banburi Villas — Hotel in Krabi Province

I recently stayed at this villa for 2 nights and it was the worst experience of my vacation. Not only did we find rats in the house they was walking everywhere through the wall it was really scary and dirty, but the owner was extremely disrespectful and unaccommodating.

When we brought up the issue of what happened the owner refused to offer any compensation for the unsanitary and uncomfortable conditions, what he say ?

Is not my problem, this is Thailand and you should to adapt yourself ... so i need to adapt myself with rats in your property . it's a joke ! .
