I like the exterior of this place it’s picture perfect. The view is great in the morning. Breakfast is good. But the interior is quite dry there not enough table and chairs. The windows doesn’t have screens, couldn’t open for fresh air at night although it is cool outside. Anyway, Don’t select OZONE 3, the toilet it’s right in front of the house with a big muted window but still can see from the outside and it’s right in front of the lobby so people come and goes, needed to put cloth to cover up the window. Same problem with both floors. And with the design of the toilet on the upper floor, it doesn’t have ceiling and with the plumbing problem OMG! It’s was like sleep and smell the poop of the previous guests !! My dad just got a lung operation It really was a sad night we got wear mask on all night long and because we arrived late due to the flight and the resort was full we couldn’t move any where. The resort staff knew the problem since we got the room but only said they were trying there best to make the smell gone and was sorry. The resort repossessed next day and we were able to move to the other 2 single house with 50% charged for the first night. And it was a lot better. Thanks to k. TOMP for helping out the whole first night. :)

Very close proximity to towns, grocery stores and restaurants. Few Night markets available within 15km drive. Choui fong tea garden and a goat farm was next door. Location is easily accessible also to Doi tung and Mae Salong within 40mins. Rooms were good, nice and clean. The upper levels may be somewhat risky for young running children due to the height of the hand rails and bed placement(if you request additional beds). Service was satisfactory. Breakfast was offered in local and western options, but limited. The Soup with rice tastes good.

a secret garden not-to-be missed. unique house design and decor. comfortable bed. big breakfast. spent a night at this wonderful place overseeing a large pineapple field where we walked with much fun in the morning. we're the only guest of the day. wish more people could come and enjoy the atmosphere here.

Very Beautiful place! The house was really nice. The views were really nice. Especially at sunrise and sunset. It was an great experience to stay at a place with a partial 2nd floor with windows. But we felt the angle of the roof can be a bit awkward while on the bed. We also felt the water heater wasn’t getting the amount we wanted even with it at max setting. (It was quite cold when we went). Breakfast was adequate. Would suggest this place if you like a quiet place with...
