Greenpix Khaoyai — Hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

The first feeling when I visited there was "This is not 5-star hotel as they self advertised". Their available facilities were far from standard requirements from world hotel association, e.g. luxury dining restaurant, bar, grand swimming pool(s), sauna, gym, spa/massage, golf course, business center, meeting rooms, souvenir shops, airport shuttle service, etc. The only facility they had, apart from 10-table restaurant, was 1.2m-deep small swimming pool. Parking lots were not enough which necessiated us to park at a distance from the hotel and took their shuttle car back.

In terms of service, we found that some of the staff were nice and friendly while some were "cold". Contrasting to 5-star hotels where the staff are professionally trained to be helpful, English-influent speaking, and sharp. This is another thing that we feel the hotel was far from 5-star grade.

Speaking of the design, this was on positive side. It looked modern and "cool" to both new gen and middle gen. Anyway, the cleanness were on the verge between positive and negative. The rooms were merely clean but not that "5-star hotel clean". Bathrooms and sinks were not polished.

The breakfast was nice, but again not that 5-star. They consisted of both Thai and ABF. Each of them had limited choices. The taste was 3.5 of 5 to my rating.

Overall the hotel was not bad but definitely nowhere near 5-star as they self overadvertised. In terms of ranking, this hotel meets only 3 stars. But to the feeling or "customer satisfaction", I would rate this hotel 3.5. It was a nice stay but do not expect 5-star...

A very well nice hotel. The whole place has been very well designed, this piece of land might be small and narrow but the layout has been very well laid which doesn't make you feel cramped at all.

The room is well decorated with cozy feeling and modern atmosphere. We stayed in the corner room which has a very nice view. However, the wifi signal is really weak and unstable, once connected the internet is really slow. The in-room TV can't connect to hotel's internet too. So with the internet issues, this is a true vacation place for you to get away from all the social medias and stay with the natures. The water is not hot at all both at the shower and bath tub even turning to the hottest setup the water is just lukewarm.

This place is also great for corporate outing with employees of no more than 150 persons. Their conference room is a sizable one that can accomodate up to 100-120 persons.  Their cafe on the 2nd floor is also a great place for photo taking with good coffees.

Highly recommended for couples, families, and even corporate outings because their facilities are well prepared for everyone. Only the internet that seems to be the only...

Nice big and clean room (corner suite), great shower but sadly the bath tub did not have much hot water. I had to open it to the heat limit and only a little bit of water came out. It took ages and then I noticed red pieces of something floating in the water (probably rust from inside the pipes) The bathtub was the main reason I booked this room and it was very disappointing. Furthermore, the TV was nice and cut but the internet didn’t work well and it we couldn’t watch Netflix at all, YouTube only with waiting breaks. The breakfast was also disappointing.
