Very much used by local Thai during my visit to this resort hardly could find foreigners. Owner is taking personal attention to this big resort with accommodation, activity and F&B. She is pro in taking care of the suggestions and advices. Hotel built in year 2012 - 13. Decent maintenence. A must visit and stay if you are in Khao Yai. Appropriate for family with kids or youngsters. Great for photoshots also as well picturesque spots within the hotel premises. Small Birds area is also there where guest may take photos and visit. Breakfast is mainly Thai with some items of bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, milk, adequately done during breakfast time. If it is a weekend you will find good number of people and buffet along with live food station would be there. We carried our food from Bangkok and they have allowed us to wave it unconditionally. Here you atleast have to spend 2 nights and 3 days only to enjoy hotel and its amenities. Ample options of activities which comes free if you are staying in the hotel. They have rooms which can fit for people who are traveling more than 5 adults or 6 adults. Pool access room, cottage room is there. Away from the market area so its peaceful. Reception has options to buy snacks and beverages which is affordable pricing. In room they have offered welcome beverage, snacks, biscuits and coffee. The only obstacles are the language here we had to use translator to make the staff understand the needs. F&B Manager Mr. Ton is welcoming as well. Last but not the least owner is very active to resolve the complications if arrives. Big thanks to the owner and the hotel staff for making our...
Read moreKhaoyai Fantasy Resort offers great pricing for families, whether you're a single family or two families visiting together. The accommodations are spacious, with options for either four single beds or two big beds, providing ample room for a family of 4-5 people, or even more.
The resort's water park is a highlight, featuring two different big slides that promise hours of fun for both kids and adults. The pool area is well-designed, catering to both the young and the young-at-heart, ensuring everyone has a great time splashing and playing together.
One of the standout features of Khaoyai Fantasy Resort is the wonderful mountain weather. With temperatures in the 80-90 degrees range, it’s a refreshing escape from the city's constant 90+ degrees. The cooler climate makes outdoor activities and relaxation more enjoyable.
The food service at the resort was good, though there's room for improvement. After a long day of splashing and playing in the water, the meals were definitely worth it. We’re looking forward to our second day, which will be dedicated to the exciting outdoor activities.
Suggestion: When staying over, consider spending one full day enjoying the pool and water slides, and reserve the other day for the numerous outdoor activities. This way, you can make the most out of your stay at Khaoyai Fantasy Resort.
PS: If price is an issue try to find bundle deals a little challenging if Thai is not your main language but definitely another option...

The waterpark was nice and clean but also closed early at 6 pm. ||Rooms were spacious with separated tub and shower but lack of maintainance. There were cobwebs around the shelf in the shower. There was a thumb-size hole in the pillow and a scotchtape attached on the bedspread. On the good side, there were 4 free bottles of water and 2 free small packages of local snack (Potae). The grounds were beautiful, though, the trees were well manicured.||Conference room was a bit unusual with 3 different quirky patterns for tablecloth, wallpaper & tiles. There were no toilet for the meeting room, you had to use the ones in the lobby. ||The location is about 4 km from the main road. ||In summary, good for waterpark but definitely not...
