Monté Vista Chalet — Hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

I went thereafter seeing so many reviews and videos, and it wasn't the perfect place as it was mentioned.

First of all, it feels like a homestay rather than a hotel. There was no reception and we had to look around for few mins to find someo6, who took us to the room.

Room was lovely, location is the best with gewat views. Well, now it comes to the part which we didn't expect.

Hot water didn't work. Once we asked they said it's working. However, after mechanic came and checked, it wasn't working and we left the room and asked them to fix it (which was fixed later) Yet, hot water was coming for 30 seconds and then you have to shower for 10 mins in cold water.

Water pressure was 0 at the bathroom. We literally just washed ourselves since the water is not coming out.

Room was dated and wearing off. Even the shower at the bathroom was broken which I had to fix by myself. Everywhere it was dusty and dirty, I didn't feel like I'm staying in a place which I paid 3500 THB.

Breakfast was OK. Wish it was a bit more and more variety as they only offered English breakfast.

Overall, if the management wants make this a luxury boutique place, please invest some in to basic stuff. Make sure you got enough pressure for water, a big hot water tank and equipments are not broken. And please make sure that place is clean.

I've been meaning to visit Monte Vista for a while, as the pictures look great. Finally had a stay there and it didn't disappoint! Stunning views, wonderful rooms with every little detail considered to make a perfect experience for guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As I plan a return visit I was given a tour of the Grand Villa - this really is something quite unique in Thailand, a phenomenal villa with the service and facilities of a hotel. I will be back. One of the best hotel in Pak Chong area. Good value for money. Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast will serve at your own balcony over looking at the swimming pool and beautiful views. The bed is so comfortable. The bedding is so soft and you can feel it’s high quality. Would go back there again.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเขา วิวจากห้องสวยมาก โรแมนติกสุดๆ มีสระว่ายน้ำ ถ้าไปกับครอบครัวก็เหมาะ เด็กๆคงสนุกกับการเล่นน้ำ และเดินสำรวจบริเวณรอบๆๆ

แนะนำต้องมีรถส่วนตัวนะคะ เพราะอาจจะหารถแท็กซี่ยาก

ทุกอย่างดีหมด ชอบมากๆ มีข้อเดียวที่อยากให้มีเพิ่มคือขอป้ายบอกทางไปล็อบบี้ หรืออาจมีแล้ว เรามองไม่เห็นเอง 😂...
