Cha-Da@Nakhon — Hotel in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

We booked the hotel using their own online reservation system and received email confirmation. ||||When we arrived at the hotel it was closed. Like not operating. Closed, dead, not open.||||The security at the gate told us and we called the hotel number and they confirmed it. This was me d June they said they would reopen in July. Thankfully found another hotel. ||||One week later I received an email thanking us for stay at the hotel and asking us to review it. We did not stay there are they know that as they are closed. ||||So here it is. This Chads at Nakhon is terrible. The reservation service is bad and their communication is bad. ||||You cannot trust them to provide the room that you booked on the dates you booked it. And you only find out when you arrive...

จริงๆโรงแรมนี้เป็นโรงแรมที่ตั้งใจไปนอนตั้งแต่ตอนแรก เขาเห็นมาตั้งนานแล้วโรงแรมสีขาวๆสวยๆ

ไปพักมาหลายเดือนแล้วค่ะ แต่เพิ่งมีเวลามารีวิว วันที่เดินทางเดินทางไปถึงตอนดึกมากแล้วประมาณเกือบๆ 2:00 น เช็คอินเข้าห้องไปปุ๊บ แอร์เสียงดังมากค่ะ ปกติถ้ามันดังเล็กน้อยก็จะไม่คอมเพลน แต่อันนี้ดังมากจริงๆดังจนไม่สามารถนอนได้ ก่อนจะตัดสินใจไปแจ้งพนักงาน ได้หันไปถามแฟนแล้วว่า แอร์เสียงดังไหม เพราะเขาก็เป็นช่างแอร์คนนึง แฟนบอกว่าอันเนี้ยเสียงดังมากนอนไม่ได้จริงๆ สุดท้ายตัดสินใจลงไปแจ้งพนักงานเพื่อให้ส่งช่างมาซ่อม แต่พนักงานตัดสินใจเปลี่ยนห้องให้ พอไปถึงห้องใหม่ ในห้องร้อนมาก ตอนแรกคิดว่ามันน่าจะเกิดจากเพิ่งเข้าไปแอร์ยังไม่เปิด แต่รอไปจนเกิน 30 นาทีแล้วก็ยังไม่เย็น แล้วตอนนั้นคือ 3:00 น แล้ว เลยถามแฟนว่าจะเปลี่ยนห้องอีกไหม ตัดสินใจว่าไม่เปลี่ยน แต่แฟนก็เลยแอบขึ้นไปดู สรุปก็คือ ฟิลเตอร์แอร์ด้านบน ฝุ่นหนาเป็นเซนติเมตร ดำปิ๊ดปี๋จนกระทั่งแอร์ไม่สามารถทะลุออกผ่านมาได้ แฟนหรือแก้ปัญหาด้วยการหาผ้ามาเช็ดทำความสะอาด นิดหน่อยให้เป็นช่องเพื่อที่จะให้แอร์ มันลอดผ่านมาได้ จึงนอนได้หลังจากนั้น ในส่วนของห้องน้ำก็แย่มากค่ะ ห้องน้ำฝั่งที่เป็นชักโครก เป็นประตูกระจกที่ไม่สามารถล็อคได้ ด้านฝั่งห้องอาบน้ำ เป็นประตูสไลด์ อันนี้ก็ล็อคไม่ได้เหมือนกัน ดีไซน์ออกมาเหมือนกับสร้างห้องมีห้องน้ำ แต่ว่าลืมนึกว่ามันต้องใส่ประตู คือถ้าอาบน้ำอะไรอย่างนี้กระเด็นออกมาเปียกหมดเลยค่ะ ส่วนห้องน้ำนี่ถ้าเกิดว่านั่งทำธุระส่วนตัวนี่กลิ่นทั้งห้องแน่นอน

อยากให้ปรับปรุงทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ สวยแค่ข้างนอกอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น...

Cet hôtel est ouvert à la clientèle depuis un an environ et est donc en excellent état. Situé à l’extérieur de la ville sur la route nord vers Suratthani, il est presque indispensable d’être motorisé si on veut se rendre au centre ville. Les chambres sont correctement aménagées, mais relativement petites, avec une bonne literie. Le lavabo est dans la chambre, et la douche et les W-C sont séparés, avec une porte en verre pour la douche et une porte accordéon en PVC pour les W-C. Si la porte de la douche est ouverte, on ne peut pas entrer ou sortir des W-C. Le breakfast asiatique est compris dans le prix de la chambre. Le « jus d’orange » n’est que du sirop avec de l’eau, extrêmement sucré. Sinon hôtel calme et service compétent. Position GPS : N. 08° 29’ 31.45’’ & E. 99° 57’ 35.76’’. Le wi-fi est de bonne qualité. Je pense que dans 2 ou 3 ans, les matériaux utilisés et l'aménagement des chambres et des communs risquent d'être...
