Elite Atoll Beachfront Hotel — Hotel in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

The hotel room is spacious, comfortable, and offers a beautiful view, but the service does not match the price. Staff did not assist with my luggage or check if I needed anything during my stay. Upon checkout, when I accidentally left my key card in the room, they attempted to charge me 500 Baht—far above the standard replacement cost of 100 Baht. The provided toiletries, including soaps and shampoos, are of low quality, so I’d recommend bringing your own. Additionally, the staff was unable to suggest a nearby open restaurant, which was disappointing. The beach is peaceful but the rocky seabed makes it uncomfortable to go into the water. The hotel itself is extremely quiet, which is good for relaxation but not ideal for those seeking a livelier atmosphere. When paying a premium price, good service should be a given. Unfortunately, the lack of hospitality significantly diminishes the experience. While improvements could make this hotel truly enjoyable, a couple of staffs attitudes and I believe manager bordered on arrogance, makes me doubtful that any changes will be made. We really enjoyed our stay—it was exactly what we needed, this place is located at the beautiful beach which is quiet and empty most of the time. The room was very comfortable, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was magical. And this is the highlight of this hotel. The bathtub on the balcony is a beautiful feature, and the room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The pool is well maintained and clean.

That said, a few things could be improved. The toiletries looked cheap and the containers weren’t appealing. The slippers provided were dirty and should really be single-use for hygiene. Bathrobes were stained, which was disappointing. The restaurant could use a makeover to feel more cozy and inviting. The beach area could be cleaner . The sun-beds at the beach are worn down.

So let’s talk about the rooms first, the paint was chipping of the ceiling. Clearly it wasn’t built with great material, the walls aren’t sound proof and I have been here many times, im watching the whole hotel slowly rot because of the climate. They should renovate it soon, the coffee machine was very broken and the trash bin in the toilet looked like it came from a 20 bath shop. You can see the wood slowly going of on the doors and the wall behind the bed. Now the service was top I really like the people who work here they are really nice.
