We chose Seava Beach for our small children, and it was the perfect decision! The pool and playground were a huge hit—our kids never wanted to leave. The hotel has such a warm, homey feel, and the all-day dining café offered amazing drink choices.
The hotel itself is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. We loved the minibar, and the room rates were very reasonable. Though our terrace didn’t have a sea view, the lush greenery kept the space cool and refreshing. Plus, parking was plentiful and convenient.
The breakfast buffet here is amazing—even on weekdays! The variety and quality of food were unbelievable, and everything was so delicious. We absolutely loved it!
The staff truly made our stay exceptional—super friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special shout-out to Nan at reception, who was so polite and professional! The dinner sets were delicious, with plenty of yummy options.
The property has so much space to explore—whether walking, playing, or relaxing on the huge, serene beach. The weather was just right, not too hot or too cool. The area is still developing, but Seava Beach stands out as a gem.

PROS beach front kid friendly nice looking exterior cozy cafe

super secluded (small narrow back roads to get to area in my opinion) NOT FOREIGNER FRIENDLY overpriced for everything from the rooms to the food even for thai standards rooms are small Strict rules on no outside Alcohol and make you sign an agreement that you only buy only from them Night manager more focused on entertaining friends than helping a slammed kitchen for dinner rush with wait times of average of 50 minutes with less than 10 parties of less than 6 guests (with 6 kitchen staffed and 9 servers and 2 bartenders) -breakfast is mediocre for the prices that they are charging
The hotel looks nice and has potential to be a great resort from but the attention to hospitality is lacking from my family’s experience

I took so many videos and photos of this resort, it was just so beautiful and peaceful! I got up early to catch the sunrise and work on their patio (strong WiFi). I watched the staff clean and sweep the beach and grounds. The staff are all so hard working and friendly! Hotel and room is extremely clean and quiet. The food was really good! We ordered pad Thai and chicken with cashew nuts. Strawberry smoothie and pina colada was also very delicious! Definitely going back as soon as I can just for some rest and relaxation here. It’s so peaceful! Can’t recommend this...
