I was already planning to return to Tawanna even before I checked out. This is one of those "feels like staying in a friend's or even a relative's house" type of lodging. Cat and Andrew took care of me so well that I didn't need to do much planning and research to explore the surroundings.
Located in a village with plantations, this is a great place to chill for a couple of days between destinations. Apparently this village is part of the eco initiative under the royal project. The organic fruits served during breakfast are from their own farm. The included homemade breakfast alone is worth more than half the price of the room.

It is a perfect place for relaxing with all amenities and small details looked after and a beautiful garden with a quiet and serene surrounding area.
The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and made delicious coffee, as she was a former Barista in Melbourne, Australia. She gave us plenty of tips including how to get a boat to see the lotus and water buffalos on Thale Noi lake at sunrise. An unforgettable experience!
The included breakfast was delicious and magnificently presented (see pic) and all our requests were provided with no hassles.
Thank you! We hope to...
