First impressions were very good when we arrived at the hotel, theres a very nice garden downstairs with a cafe and a pizzeria which seems to be very popular for taking photos.

The reception was friendly, and was quick to check us in. The whole common area is well kept and clean, and the staff is friendly and service minded.

We had a meal at the rooftop which was ok, but not wow. I think it was reheated, and was a bit bland with the exception of some items. Not at all bad, but just not great. I think they should slim down the menu by about 50% and make them well instead of having a plethora of choices. There's italian and thai/isaan, and from experience I think the quality usually lacks when the chefs have to stretch over many cousines.

The room was big, with an enormous height to the ceiling that I've not seen before. There's a huge floor to ceiling window with sliding door which gives you a nice and airy experience in the room. The bathroom was very nice as well, with a good strong shower. There was only one bathrobe in the room, although we were two.

We had a corner room on the top floor (under the public pool), and so this apparently was a gathering point for the dows of Phetchabun. When we arrived after checking in, the balcony was littered with dows excrements which was not nice if you plan to go for a bath in the outdoor bathtub (the bathtub had a cover and was clean). We informed the reception, and they cleaned it while we were outside as well as every day when they cleaned the room. I reckon this was just an oversight and nobody had stayed in that room all week.

We did have some minor parking issues, as there wasn't enough parking at the hotel when they had external guests. The rooftop restaurant is quite popular, and when that fills up, there's no room for parking for paying guests at the hotel. The option was to park outside on the street and move the car after midnight when the restaurant guests had left.

The hotel is conveniently located with a very nice local restaurant just 5 minutes walk away, and a 7/11 about 10 mins walk.

We were happy with the hotel, even with the small issues. The price is good, and the hotel is new and nice in a nice...

This hotel is relativly new and has been built with a Japanese theme.|Pros:|New and modern hotel with large rooms and modern furnishings.|Good bed and shower.|Good view from most rooms.|Breakfast was good mainly Thai.|Nice pool and garden area.|Nice roof top dining area with pool.|Staff are very good and helpful.|Wifi was good.|Restaurant dining presented good selection and quality of food at reasonable prices.|Cons;|Because hotel is new my car navigation couldn't locate the hotel, however Google was successful. Hotel front signage is not clear.|On arrival we were given our room to which we found was a west facing room and given that all the hotel rooms have massive plate glass wrap around windows it was like walking into a sauna. We opted for a room on the eastern side which was way better. All rooms have good views.|The rooms are large, however with little furniture. To my astonishment, the room had a small ottoman for siting and a very small table. I requested a standard small table and chair for working with my laptop, the staff were very helpful, and within five minutes had a table and chair.|Ridiculously Small fridge/cooler was a disappointment.|Summary:|Very nice hotel for a small rural city and would stay here again, however, with trendy new hotels comes trendy furniture which is not practical in many cases, especially for...

Booked two rooms for four days during Songkran, expected the price to be elevated. This hotel looks nice from the outside and the courtyard is very well kept, that’s about it though. Front desk staff appears nice at arrival but once checked in and you aren’t satisfied with the service and wanting to checkout early they won’t let you or tell you that you won’t get a refund. Our initial room was dirty and dusty, switched rooms and still wasn’t fully clean. Balcony had damages which was a hazard to our young child. Shower had also dirt all over, room doesn’t have a safe or closet to put your things. So all your cash and valuables that you have will have to stay with you at all times, even when you go for a dip in the pool. Our sheets had rips and tears, also no phone to call front desk or room service for conveniency. Food was good at least. Breakfast staff seems to always had a bad day the whole time we were there, no smile…at least not to me but to the people behind me there was excitement and a greeting. Rooftop pool was a water supply for pigeons. Pool in the courtyard was very nice though. All in all it, I think the owners had good intentions just didn’t execute it very well. Not worth the price I paid and will not be...

Lovely modern hotel in a very quiet area with a fantastic rooftop bar/restaurant where you can see the amazing sunset behind the mountain. The rooms have a strange layout but it means that your room does not have any connecting walls to other rooms on the same floor, which is more private. We stayed in a superior mountain view room which has panoramic full length windows for viewing the mountain and sunset from the room. The room was spacious and had a large modern bathroom with a rain shower. We ordered lunch at our rooms and then ate at the rooftop restaurant in the evening, the food and the service was very good. The hotel has two pools which I did not use, due to the unique design of both they are probably good for taking a nice dip but probably not so good for avid swimming fans as they have a lot of shallow areas for children and for wading in. They do look very nice though. All in all this is a very nice place and I will definitely return here again in the future 👍😀
