Monkey Cottage (มังกี้คอร์ตเทค) — Hotel in Phetchabun Province

Amazing place, its brand New, opened in august 2024. We stayed in the large unit which had a small kitchenette area with microwave, dolce gusto coffee machine and water cooker. They have some card and board games which you can play, a large seating area and a large shower (the water doesn't get hot just warm for a quick shower if turned half open). A double bed and extra futon for 1 person. A very large fridge which we used for making ice cubes and cool are drinks. The personel is just lovely and helpfull, the breakfast was realy good.

Two tips, use normal drinking glasses in cottage, we only had carton cups for Coffee but no glasses to enjoy some drinks 😉

The second tip, please open the Pool in midday, we checked in at 2 pm because we booked this place just for the swimming Pool for our daughter to enjoy, upon arriving we noticed a sign inside the cottage saying swimming Pool open from 7 to 10 AM from noon 12 to 2 PM and from 5 to 7 PM. So we waited for 3 hours and then the sun almost is gone, the water is to cold helaas. So maybe open it up during the hot day time to enjoy 😉.

Firstly the hospitality from the owners excellent 😁

Free upgrade to larger bungalow which suited are needs very well.

Bungalow is well equipped with separate kitchen which came in handy.

Swimming pool may be small but still very enjoyable with kids.😁

Breakfast was brought to a bungalow at approximately 8am and was varied and tasty😋

The resort is situated for keen walkers as the small market and 7-11 is a 15-20 minutes walk and there is 3 brilliant coffee shops another 5 minutes walk. The city though in my opinion it's a town is 40-50 minutes walk from resort which has array of shops, coffee,banks, eateries and general public amenities.

We enjoyed our 9 night stay that much we booked a further 5 nights at which the owner gave us at a very reasonable price.

Upon us leaving the generosity shown again as we was gifted extra food for our forward journey.

My only suggestion would be maybe get some big/tall...

Angenehme, gemütliche und neue Unterkunft. Der Gast wird wie von eigener Mutter...lieb und herzlich...empfangen und bedient. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich, nach Wunsch. Ein schöner Swimmingpool und viele schöne Ecken zum Ausruhen vorhanden. Standort sehr günstig gelegen für Ausflüge und Erkundung der umliegenden Berge und Nationalparks. Sowie sehr nah an der...
