Was searching for pet friendly hotel and glad to have found this hidden gem. I was mesmerized the moment I arrived the lobby of RELO‘ with the view of the beautiful pool and the sea view is just breath taking. What surprised me more was the room that was huge with ocean view from the balcony and truly one of the best hotel than look better in reality than in photos . ||The staff are very attentive , service was good and room was immaculately clean. I love the comfy bed & pillows along with the “erb” amenities. ||The pool area has a tranquil feeling which is great if you are looking for a quiet place to read and wind down. |Breakfast was good with a selection of Asian and western food, egg station etc. However, I think that the price for the in-house restaurant is a bit pricey and unfortunately they also only serve bottled beer. I ended up going out for dinner in Huahin town. Since this hotel is situated at far end of the street and no eateries along the street it would be great if they could consider more comfort food menu along with more affordable price. Perhaps serving draft beer will be great too! Especially local beer like chang or singha. ||Being a pet friendly hotel, my pet could walk around every area, sit on the pool sun bathing lounger and also there is an area we could enjoy breakfast together. ||However, I would like to point out that there was NO area with grass where pet can pee or poo. Hopefully the management would consider making a pet playing area with grass like many hotel as we cannot bring our pet to beach when is high tide . ||Favorite part of this hotel is the view from the room, I could just sit at the balcony enjoying my drink looking out at the beautiful view throughout the day.||Definitely one of the best hotel with good memories and will be back. Hopefully by then the pet friendly playing area would be ready by then. |Thank you so much to Khun Fah , Khun Earn and the team for their kind hospitality. |Looking forward to staying in...
Read moreWe recently stayed at Relo for the second time. While our first experience was excellent, this visit was quite different. The service was slow and inattentive—on three consecutive days, I had to request room service to collect dishes, and it took a full day for them to be removed. Additionally, I experienced an allergic reaction, which was concerning given that guests are allowed to bring pets. When I observed the housekeeper cleaning the villa, I was shocked to see them disposing of dirt from inside the villa into the plants by the pool—a practice that seems more likely to attract cockroaches than maintain cleanliness.
Relo is marketed as an "urban escape," but our stay was far from relaxing. Families with children were allowed to create a disruptive environment, with kids screaming continuously while their parents were engrossed in their mobile devices, showing little regard for other guests. While I understand that kids will be kids, the lack of parental supervision was disappointing.
Overall, the maintenance and quality of the hotel have noticeably declined over the past year and a half. Unfortunately, I left with six large welts on my body, and my wife also had smaller ones on her face—raising serious concerns about the hygiene standards...
