We have just spent 3 nights here, the hotel is clean, the staff speak almost no English but that is normal for this area. The hotel was like a Thai version of Faulty Towers without the entertaining element, we had a room on the 3rd floor, checking in was fairly straight forward, no credit card needed here, as there's no mini bar etc, the breakfast coupon system was odd, we were given 3 coupons for our first morning and none for the other two, these we had to go back and ask for, breakfast is basic, instant coffee you make yourself, we were asked 'American or Thai breakfast', we plumped for the American (1 egg, 1 tinned sausage, a small square of ham and salad), there is toast but not always butter. The electricity in our room went off several times at random times of the day and night which you then have to stand on a chair to reset the switch, thankfully my husband is an electrician so he knew what to do without having to call the desk, you are supposed to hand your key in if you go out, we forgot on our first day, so our room wasn't serviced, second day we stayed round the pool and were asked for our key, it then took several hours for the room to be serviced, even though the hotel is small. The pool is small but clean. There is a tesco lotus a 15 minute walk away and you have to navigate a busy road with no crossing with a couple of small restaurants but very little...
Read moreI was there on 8 of July 2017 with the most terrible hotel experience I ever found.||||- My room was on first floor next to the ball room like when I open the door I found the ball room with wedding celebration since evening till almost 23.00 and I can't bare the sound of people and song beating my room all the time.||||- Staff said, the wedding will end at 22.00 but it was 1 hour longer. I requested room changing but they refused. Even to turn the volume of the song down a bit, they don't. No amenability.||||- Some of the guests in ball room sit in front of the door and I have to ask them every time I want to open my room door.||||- Compare with other rooms, my room is like the storage. There were a set of table and chair which should be in the garden. (other rooms are sofa)||||- No bedside lamps and the light switch is far from the bed.||||- Pillows were uncomfortable. When we had a peek inside there cover, dirty. ||||- No waterproof curtains in the bathroom but there were cockroaches.||||- Thin walls, I could hear the sound of cars and (drunk) people screaming all night long. ||||- My room might not far from kitchen. I heard cooking sound and smelled the food.||||- I could not sleep till the morning. I've already informed these issues to the staff but to make sure, I review in...

Reception was open, but it took us 25 minutes to check in due to language barrier. The place has many diffrent types of rooms. Resturant being closed at 2000h dinner/ snacks were unavailable. So u check in late b sure you are full. The closest shop open was 7/11 about a km away. Nxt day too resturant was closed for lunch and dinner. The breakfast was good with just about some variety. The rooms were spacious well aircond....with sppacious bathtoom, hot water facility, sitting area and a balcony. All channels on TV were in Thai:-/. Lift was serviceable and in good condition. Swimming pool was worth a dip espl in late mornjng or afternoon. The best part of the stay was the courteous staff. Especially Tony, the Manager was a gr8 help, arranging taxi, food and drinks. We as a family for the facility would have given an average remarks, but bcoz of its staff, Its v good....
