Read moreQuiet and beautiful place, the beach is beautiful in the mornings and evenings. No hawkers or anyone to bother you. Good for solitry long walks. The rooms are nice and has all the basic facilities kept neat, clean and tidy. One can enjoy the 25 mts long pool having seawater and also the beach. The beach water is a bit rough during stong winds, its also goes deep quiet soon into the water, so be careful if with children who want to dip inside the sea. The private beach area is clean, but outside the beach sides are littered with plastics and garbage, do wear flipflops if you plan to walk on the sides outside the sand. The bar has happy hours from 5 to 7pm, buy 1 get 1 free, not a long list, but some drinks are good an ok if you know what to order. You can also enjoy unlimited free popcorns and milk-flavour ice-creams in cones after 5pm. The breakfast was ok, but would expect a good cappuchino at the price charged, rather than a 3-in-1 all sugary coffee or the commercial coffee powder. Some rooms near the beach are good if in large number as it has private pools and barbeque set can be ordered, do check with the reception on it to book in advance. Plenty of car park and walking place in the evenings. Get a good book to read or have a good nap on the sun beds. This is a place where you can just chill out without anyone...
Read moreWe initially booked this resort for a day. But decided to stay another night as 1 day would not do justice to this place. ||It is the kind of place you would enjoy if u have a transport. The resort is a little remote but so beautiful and charming. Rooms are beautiful especially if u choose the bungalows in front of the sea.||Swimming pool is gorgeous with full view of the sea. Gym is cute but adequate with the same view. Staff are polite and courteous although their english is pretty limited. ||Out of all the staff, the lady gardener by the pool deserves special mention. She was pretty sensitive; she lent a small float to my son as he had none. She even gave us 2 extra beach towels seing that our family of 3 only had 1.||Back to the (remote) location, you would need a car to reach tesco, 7 eleven, laundry & massage about 6-7 km away. Restaurants are located near Ban Krut Beach - we found a good one named plato and basically went to the same place thrice. ||If you are looking for halal food. There is a muslim guy selling bryani and fried chicken next to tesco. He sells sticky rice too which can also be taken with the chicken. ||If you are seeking peace and tranquility. A place to spend quality time with family, friends and loved ones. This would be perfect for you. ||Would love to come back...
