In general the hotel is almost new and beautiful. Rooms currently are available up to 5th floor (6XX). Craftsmen working in rooms on 6th and 7th, what you hear sometimes more, sometimes less (I'm on 5th) until 8 p.m. even last night (25.12. / Christmas). If you go to the roof top pool and / or poolside area (where they also offer food), you have to go to the end of the aisle on 7th floor to the stairs leading up, so you can see the craftsmen and sometimes meet in the elevator.

The pool: nice and long enough for swimming. Within the last 3 days the water in the pool changed to green: not looking nice anymore. At the pool there are 4 sunbeds plus 1 big round one and 1 umbrella. Sometimes not enough. Especially when all rooms will be finished.

Breakfast: fried eggs (can be cold), toast, butter, jam, small choice of Thai food (rice, soup, noodles); salad and fruits. Coffee from a standard DeLonghi machine. No tea (bags) offered, but a water kettle (so I took the tea bags from the room) The other food we had: good and reasonably priced. Now coming to the 'little things', which for someone can be important, others don't care: The room never got it's final cleaning, before opened for customers: very little drops of white colour on the telephone for example, big ones on the tiles in the bathroom. Still labels of the manufacturer on the glass of the shower. Never had a room with so many outlets (at least 6 for USB plug), but some still sealed with foil. Only 1 bin! You can choose, if you carry it into the bathroom. No sanitary bags there. Temperature of the water in the shower changing rather much. In the sink only cold. For people shaving / trimming the beard: the light in the bathroom is coming from behind! Cleaning staff: yesterday she came, after we had left for dinner (5.15 p.m). Every 3 days not before 4 p.m. By the way: I never saw her wearing a mask!!! If you are lucky, she cannot give you a big towel only, but also one for the hands, or at least the very little one, normally used for the face (last night she couldn't give: out of stock!) There's almost no water coming out of the shower at the pool. A wet paper towel on the floor since 3 days ... Tables in the breakfast room: staff wipes it, but probably using water only. Some marks on the tables, which can be removed using the finger nail ... No disinfection (empty all the time or not working) in the bottle, when you enter the hotel

All in all: with a better management I would give 5* I would like to give 4* because of the nice room, but in times of COVID I cannot give...

Comfy but needs improvement

It was my first time staying here and I’ll admit, the room itself was really comfortable. The pillows were soft, and I had a good night’s sleep. The toilet was clean, big, and looked quite fancy too.

I liked the small conveniences — the room had buttons to request cleaning or DND, and staff would place all the necessities neatly outside the door. It came with almost everything you’d need, and the location was super convenient.

However, the staff attitude was quite mixed. The night/midnight shift was friendly but not very attentive, while the morning–afternoon staff seemed too busy to care much about guests.

The biggest downside was the bugs — there were spiders, moths, and mosquitoes around the room (even on the bed). I think there's chances of bed bugs too, since I ended up with itchy red bites on my legs after lying down, while my partner got rashes instead of bites. Definitely something that needs attention.

Would I come back again? Honestly, I’m not too sure. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Roi Et that were cleaner, cheaper, and had much friendlier staff. I also had an issue before checking in — I contacted the hotel to ask if I could send my parcels over in advance, since my check-in was on the 8th and the parcels were estimated to arrive between the 8th–9th. The staff just kept saying “no” unless I could provide a booking reference or confirmation, even though other hotels usually allow it without fuss. This caused a big delay in receiving some important parcels.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel with good facilities and comfy rooms, but the cleanliness, pest control, and staff flexibility could really use...

This is the only hotel I stay at whenever I stay in Roiet, Thailand. The bathrooms are modern, stylish and clean. Beds are comfortable. Air-conditioning is strong. Water pressure for shower is good. There r 4 room prices from 890baht, 1100 baht, 1200 baht and the suite at 3200 baht. All are the same quality just different sizes. I went around to other highly rated hotels and this one was the best and the price is very affordable. Breakfast is basically the same every morning, with only a change in one side dish but the food is delicious. Minimal choices but what is available is all one really needs. Top deck pool is beautiful and offers a beautiful night view of the city. Unfortunately Thailand is so hot that being up there is torture unless u are swimming in the pool at night. There is a restaurant on top which is rarely used obviously during the searing heated daytime but they do room service. Prices for their restaurant is overly high, imo. Staff is friendly and polite. No air-conditioning is ever turned on in the lobby nor breakfast room so I often felt way too hot and sticky as soon as I enter the lobby. The hotel is located in the city but tucked back a bit on the block. I recommend...
