the staff not tolerate at all! Im staying with my kids- one baby, one 9yrs, one 11yrs at the private pool room for the cost 2800thb + 750 breakfast. I have added one extra bed for the cost 750thb but the staff insist to chagred me another 750thb for my other kid with no another extra bed!! That means I have to pay total 5050thb for that small of room? It dosnt make any sense. Furthermore you are not accept credit card, I have to pay by cash. Ive been travel to Thailand for every month but this is my first time the hotel want to charge me for both of the kids even I already add one extra bed. They are just a kids not adult. They can share the bed between them. Why need to charge same price 750thb where there is no extra bed being provided?? Pls be more considerate! If you are not allowed the kids to stay togater, u should inform before i booked the hotel. Pakbara is not a city. Its just a small town. With that kind of hotel price, I think it is not reasonable. The staff promise to send me extra pillow and blanket for that extra price, but until checkout time they didint send me, so I was argue to not pay that extra 750thb charges. But the staff still insisnt want to charge me until he called the manager and manage to cancelled it. I didnt take any photo of the hotel. Its really distroy my holiday mood until I dont allowed my kids to use the swimming pool outside because of this issue. That will be my 1st and last staying there. I will not recommend your hotel to my...

A big No to this hotel.. if you have a big family more kids n ur destination is satun pakbara please avoid this non kids frendly hotel.. the frontdest staff "May" is very rude attituded she raised her voice without consideration even we aldy pay direct deb in booking and cash deposit for 2night! We did not realize that the hotel allowed 2 person in the room only. if u've more kids above 4y they will charges 700+ baht per pax without any extra bed..! this is not worth it bcos pakbara is just small town only better we go to hatyai. we receive the wassap from hotel n they didn strict inform us regarding this! if we had known we wouldn't have gone there and we proper ask booking for refund! we not happy staying there for 2 night..! We think we have been scammed bcos hotel provide some snack n soft drink in the room but its not complimentary n they not inform us bfo check in n they just sticky tiny note infront the fridge then charges 1 snickers choc bar in 50bath while we can get it 30bath for 2pcs at the 7e..they will deduct from our depo after check out. also mine towel have a stain which is thai tea and after washer it will disappear but she strict still want to charges me 500bath for the shabby towel omg! it so trouble us to staying there.. we will not comeback to pakbara ever again its my...

Set slap bang in the middle of the Pak Bara beach stretch sits this brand spanking new boutique hotel....limited number of rooms so you dont have the overcrowded hotel feel.....rooms are very clean with adequate electrical points everywhere....has a minibar for your cold drinks, air conditioning is strong but quiet....bathroom ammenities and water provided.....all in all a good experience. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way for you. They even dropped us off at a motorcycle hire place. Enflish is spoken and they will easily give you good recommendations on place to see and eat. Breakfast is provided and is pretyy good with free flow coffee n tea, cereals, breads, fruit, eggs and a couple of local dishes as well. Mind you, there are NO doors to the toilet and shower in the rooms. Only a sheer curtain which affords minimal privacy....could be an issue if you are travelling with friends or if privacy is utmost to you!! A good find and a definite recommend....will definitely come...

We enjoyed our stay overall—B6 was a lovely unit with a balcony overlooking a small but inviting pool. Do note this property isn’t directly on the beach; the sea is across the road, and some units don’t face it. A few design choices could be improved. The bathroom uses a saloon-style swinging door that offers limited privacy for sound and odour, and the open layout means cool air from the air-conditioning escapes into the bathroom, which isn’t energy-efficient. Adding a proper door (or better sealing) would help. The bathtub area would also benefit from a window blind for privacy. In the bedroom/living area, a lighter secondary curtain or sheer would let guests open the heavy blackout curtain while still maintaining privacy, especially since the glass isn’t tinted. With these tweaks, this would be one of the best options around. As it stands, we still liked the hotel and felt it matched what we saw online.

Stayed here for 4 nights in Pak Bara. This hotel is quite new, with modern design situated not far from Pak Bara view point, but across the street from the beach, so the beach is still walking distance from the hotel. Parking is available at the hotel. We stayed at the private pool room. The room is spacious and clean. Baby crib is provided as requested. The private pool is small, just suitable for small children. One thing to note is that the private pool is not 100% private as people can see through from the tree fence and from the top. Breakfast here is very simple. They provide you with toast, congee, and fruits and then you have the option to order American breakfast. As informed, the breakfast here is halal. Overall, this hotel is a very good option for those wanting to stay in Pak Bara.
