Stayed 3 nights in superior room. Hotel is very modern and new. 15-20 minutes drive from the airport. They have a really huge billboard sign along the road so don’t think drivers on the road can miss it. ||Hotel is situated somewhere in the middle between airport and city/town area where all the attractions are. So from the airport, you will pass by the hotel before you reach the city area. That said, this hotel is great if you want somewhere more quiet and away from the bustle but maybe more convenient for those with own transport - parking lots available. There’s no other buildings around the hotel except a cafe that offers breakfast for hotel guests and a small minimart. So the best way to get out and about is by Grab (140-200 THB depending on destination), safer too especially at night. Getting to the town area from the hotel will take about another 10 mins or so. So, great hotel for those who don’t mind the distance/location away from town. ||Check in was efficient, refundable deposit (100THB) required. Room is very clean, comfy bed. Wifi worked fine. Love how room is equipped with USB ports to charge your gadgets directly. Tv, mini fridge, hair dryer, toiletries provided except toothpaste and toothbrush. Room also includes sign for qiblah direction. Ventilation in the bathroom was not that great - ventilator was not working but not much of a bother. Hoteghl also provides iron (collect from reception) at level 2 lift lobby and equipped with adequate security for guests. ||Hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport. After 3 attempts it ws definately NOT THERE. But I saw a Buri Sriphu Hotel so drove there in a trooential downpour in evening rus hour traffic.||Eventually I found a hotel in a back alley with no name and walked in. I don;t speak Thai and neither of the elderly people there soke English, but they tried to assist me.||They said "not this hotel", rom my booking document. they trie to call the hotel and handed me their phone, PS Sriphu staff spoke no English, but said next to Thai Whatsadu.||I then called my Thai wife and asked her to call the hotel and ask for clear directions. ||Still very confusing but after a 3 hour search I found it. Read moreA bit disappointed with the front desk. came here early and asking if we can early checking in and i’m willing to pay extra, but front desk tell me if i’m check in early with additional 1 night rate I still need to check out at 12noon and check in again at 2pm because of their system. Why need to check out and check in again? Why don’t u just assigned me on the same room? If your Hotel Manager or Duty manager cannot teach u how to explained to the guest let me teach u. Just tell the guest “sorry mdm… Room Subject to availability, yesterday our room fully occupied but u can leave your contact number here once room ready we will call u” and don’t say “if add 1 night stay(back dated) u still need to check out at 12noon”. nonsense! i’m a hotelier been working more than 15 yrs in this hospitality industry, even every hotels using different system for front desk but we are the person managed that booking and control the allotment especially small hotel like this very easy to control the allotment. Should be no problem if the booking from direct website or by OTA’s still can do manual in front desk system.
