Phuthan Hotel โรงแรมภูธาน — Hotel in Surat Thani Province

Can for just one night with my cousin. As we entered, the guy at the desk spoke perfect English, and then immediately began to pretend that he couldn’t speak English at all. We had a transfer the next day, which we asked about. He said it would cost 600 baht and came to our room to take the money. I told him that we would wait till the morning, and he tried to insist. We felt very threatened. The next morning, we waited at the lobby for a taxi, which we checked online and booked a taxi meter company. He then told us they don’t exist, and he knew a taxi driver but it would cost us 1000 baht. His friend took us and drove five minutes down the road and left us stranded at the “bus” station. Not...

The hotel just open Feb 2016. Everything clean and new. The staff little bit awkward due to in-experience but they are very friendly and willing to help. Wifi is available for free. Only shampoo and bath soap along with plastic cap available. The towels are available which clean everyday. The refrigerator and air conditioner work very well. Every rooms have a 1.5x3m balcony but the view on the first floor were block but fence. Second and 3rd floor have pool view. The hotel also have fitness room and pool on the first floor.||The hotel located not far from airport good for local sightseeing but not for city tour. Private car is recommended during staying...

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hotel car nous avions un vol à prendre le lendemain à Surat Thani (à 10 minutes de l'aéroport environ).||Beaucoup de points négatifs à cet hôtel!! ||La chambre que nous avions était sale, des cheveux un peu partout, la toilette... n'en parlons pas !!! La salle de bain était à moitié inondée pour je ne sais quelle raison. Le lit complètement inconfortable, le matelas était en cuir, nous n'avions jamais vu ça. C'était du béton. Quant aux oreillers, on avait aussi l'impression de dormir sur une brique!||Bien que l'hôtel soit neuf, on aurait dit que les murs étaient en carton. On entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dans l'hôtel et dans les chambres voisines. La climatision faisait un potin d'enfer, impossible de dormir avec. Bref, nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit.||Nous avons également été très agacés par le fait que le restaurant de l'hôtel soit fermé (pas de dîner ni de petit-déjeuner donc). Étant donné que l'hôtel se trouve au bord d'une nationale au milieu de nulle part où il y a très peu de commerces, nous avons été obligés de manger dans l'unique petit restaurant se trouvant à côté de l'hôtel. La nourriture était franchement pas bonne.||On pensait également que l'hôtel mettait à disposition une navette (gratuite ou ne serait-ce qu'à moindre frais) jusqu'à l'aéroport, et évidemment il n'y en avait pas. La réception nous a appelé un taxi extérieur où nous avons payé 300 bahts pour 10 minutes de voiture!||Nous restons cléments sur la note car malgré ces points négatifs, nous n'avons payé notre nuit que 17€ (heureusement), mais même pour un simple hôtel de passage, il est clair que nous n'y retournerons plus jamais. ||Le personnel, bien que ne parlant pas anglais du tout, est très gentil.||Nous ne vous recommandons pas cet hotel, et surtout en...
