Rhienchai Place Hotel — Hotel in Surat Thani Province

Firstly,

Upon arrival, I found myself checking in to spend the night at the cafe. The ambiance was delightful, complemented by the pleasant staff and excellent services. Situated in a prime location, it offers utmost convenience, being not far from the Seatran office. It's the ideal choice for individuals like myself, who need to pause for medical treatment before returning to the island (I'm from Koh Samui). The staff were exceptionally kind and took good care of me.

However, there was one issue regarding the toilet bowl—it was challenging to flush, requiring a minimum of three attempts even for minor use. Additionally, the water noises were quite disruptive during the night. (Room 202)

Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall experience was wonderful. I will certainly return for my next doctor's appointment.

Check in took like forever. Booking was made through Agoda but somehow forwarded to Booking.com. Needed to figure this out by myself. Girl at the reception could barely speak English and needed to call her collegae. We booked a Suite, room was spacious but smelly, rainshower was not functioning, cockroach in the bathroom, ants inside the room, very noisy ac. Aminities were not complete. Restaurant was closed, couldn't communicate with the reception. Breakfast was dissapointing. No choices, needed to ask for tea etc. ||One plus; The girl who was assisting us upon check...

Great overnight stay at this lovey hotel! We booked in to a standard room which was lovely - very spacious! Two single beds, a wardrobe, tv, table and chairs, large surface to put luggage on and a fairly sized bathroom. Wifi was good. Reception has very little english but wasn't a big issue. Restaurant was closed at 8pm when it states 9pm but wasn't an issue for us. You can catch a tuk tuk to the central plaza for 150bhat. Not much to do around the area but great for overnight stay if you're going to...
