Majestic View.... where? As my room was an end unit, I had a front window and a side window. The hotel is located across from a commercial dumpster business and the view was four dirty, rusty and obnoxious looking dumpsters. The side window view looked into the hotel's car park area.||||My room had the smallest toilet room I have ever seen in a hotel. It measured 1 meter by 1.8 meter, with a towel rack, but no place to hang clothing. So, it's au naturel in and au naturel out, with apologies/warnings to other room occupants.||||On first look, the room appeared clean. But with a little inspection, gecco droppings were found everywhere, with large amounts in two opposing corners. There was no toilet tissue provided (maybe it is included in the next room upgrade) and the toilet room door had no latch to keep the door closed.||||The hotel has no kitchen or restaurant facility, but in the corner lot next to the hotel, there were a number of open air tables set up with a street food vendor type of cooking facility. This is where the "included breakfast" is provided. I learned a while back to never, ever eat at this type of place, so I gave my breakfast coupons to the hotel's security person.||||The room was an outdoor access room and was on par with low end "resorts" that typically go for 400-500 baht per night (or less if rented on an hourly basis, if you get my drift).||||Overall, the room was overpriced and the hotel was disappointing and I recommend to anyone to...

Read moredon't believe their heavily edited photos & 5-star reviews, its all fake.
the rooms barely provide the basics. heavy mold, no toilet paper, faulty plumbing–our family's toilet flooded on the last day. within 30 minutes of checking into our superior room downstairs, we killed over 30 mosquitoes (not exaggerating) and had to switch rooms. they moved us to an upstairs standard room which was cheaper and refused a refund or adjustment since we prepaid.
beds are awful. every small movement shakes the whole thing. room renovations started at 8am, with loud drilling and music blasting from workers who didn't care. complained at checkout, and the staff just laughed with no explanation. even the parking lot is filthy, covered in dog poop everywhere.
if i could give 0 starts i would. stay...
