Madee Spa & Resort — Hotel in Trang Province

I wanted to leave a sincere review for this resort, as my first impression was that it was sparkling clean—which is always a fantastic sign. The attention to detail really stood out. For example, the top bed sheet was exceptionally smooth and clearly high-quality, which made for a very comfortable sleep.

What really impressed me, though, was their responsiveness. When reading past reviews, I saw complaints about parking, but they have clearly taken that feedback seriously and significantly improved the parking situation. It’s wonderful to see a resort that actively listens to its guests and takes proactive steps to enhance the stay experience.

If you appreciate a spotless environment, attention to small details, and a business that values feedback, this resort is highly recommended. It was a very enjoyable stay!

The staff speak very limited English. But a couple speak Malay. I booked by using the chat in Google Map, however, I needed to use English - Thai translation with Google Translate. I managed to book without deposit and settle everything on arrival. It's a small hotel, doesn't feel like a resort. However, we had the best massages here. The masseurs know their craft, they are skilled. My whole body felt so loose....
