Disappointing Experience

I chose this place based on influencer recommendations and initially paid half of the total amount (around $520). Due to an emergency (my children fell ill), I asked to cancel the booking without requesting a refund, fully acknowledging my responsibility.

They offered to reschedule based on their availability, which I accepted. However, when I picked a new date, they insisted on full payment in cash and in the fastest way possible, in a manner that felt pushy and disrespectful. I was willing to pay, but their lack of trust and pressure made me regret dealing with them.
