One of the worse hotel I've ever made reservation. I wanted to do late checkout so I called all the numbers I found on web for the hotel and no numbers were valid. I went to the hotel at 1 AM and found there is no calling bell or camera on the property. I knocked on the main door from 1 AM till 5 AM, the whole 4 hours I was outside with my family and no one opened the door. After opening the door at 5AM, the caretaker told me the reservation from expedia is not valid because they don't have any booking agreement with expedia. I had to pay cash again and they told me that by 12PM I have to checkout, no exception. After check-in in the room, it was full with dust and very dirty everywhere and the AC didn't work so I couldn't sleep in next 6 hours because It was very hot. The manager said it was my fault that I made reservation with expedia. I was not a hotel setting, they didn't have any phone or computer at the location. Seems like...
Read moreThis hotel suffers from lack of any hospitality experience. In short: Just avoid.||||If you still want to bear, read on.||||Location: very well places- right before entering the city. And thats it. And location is its first enemy for any basic stay. You simply cannot sleep due to continue running road whole night, as they dont have sound proof windows.||||Neighbour is just one wall away and owing dogs, who make further remove any possibility of any kind of sleep you may try. ||||Kitchen is third enemy: No utensils, and almost every piece of door is broken. Complete unusable. No Tissues in the Kitchen.||||Bathroom is weirdest. Strangely located leaking water taps completes your stay.||||On plus side, reasonably good mattresses and blankets and culturally polite staff.||||After long drives (which is usual) if anyone checks-in this hotel knowingly, the person should see a...
