Stayed for 1 night on a tour. We did initially opt for a cave room but it was just far too hot so they quickly moved us to a standard room with air-conditioning. The room was very tired and shabby but the aircon did work which is what we needed.

The hotel was almost empty, we ate in a very large empty dining room with a fixed menu, it felt a bit eerie as if time had forgotten it. Breakfast the next morning was very basic but with so few guests understandable.

Trying to buy a bottle of water as none in the room involved trying to track down what seemed to be the only member of staff who was managing the restaurant and bar on another floor on his own.

The south of Tunisia is clearly struggling to recover its tourism and it has had a knock on effect on the hotels. With no guests there is no profit to invest. Hopefully things will improve for the area in the coming years. As a country it is stunning and well...

Nice and suggestive hotel that re-proposes the environments of Berber homes. A little isolated. Very small car-motorbike parking is outdoors. As for the rooms, in the part dedicated to the beds, you sleep in an environment that looks like a cave. Little luxury and little maintenance (burnt out bulbs). The bathroom is always located at the entrance to the rooms. Sip hot water and the Wi-fi is dancing. In winter, if you have a room away from the reception, it becomes an adventure to go and ask for information, an extra pillow or blanket. The structure develops with a maze of corridors and squares overlooked by the various rooms, all with entrance from arcaded balconies. The setting is original, but a little uncomfortable to orient yourself at the beginning, it is easy to get lost. The cuisine is characterized by the spices and traditional recipes of the place, but you...

It was a mightmare for me and my family. I was humiliated and tgrratened by a waiter and when I wanted to complain to the manager the receptionist told me that there was no manager. I had to wait for 2 hours to talk to a person in charge but in vain. I finally called the local police who had been very nice and dealt with the guy. When they took him to the police station the manager suddemly appeared. I wouldn't recommend...

Passez votre chemin.

Never stayed at this hotel was only there for a prepared lunch. The toilets were clean, but there was a leak, so you had to watch where t you stepped. Food was to a good standard . Remember to have cash on you as drinks you have to pay for with your meal. The AC is wonderful 👌🏾
