We stayed at this hotel after spending two days in the desert, and it was a nice place to relax and recharge. The location worked well for us, giving us a break from our travels without being too far from the action.||The staff here really stood out. They were super friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay more enjoyable. We also tried out the spa during our stay, and it was a great experience. The staff there were just as friendly as the rest of the hotel, and they clearly knew what they were doing. The treatments helped us unwind after our time in the desert.||Another cool thing about this hotel was that they offered some fun activities. We were able to book a quad bike ride and a dromedary (camel) trek through the hotel. It was convenient to have these options available without having to search for tour companies on our own.||Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Charming looks with that Arab post-classic design.It has the looks of what might have been a great hotel around 1970’s to the late 90’s, But it’s dated and things hardly work… you can clearly see the lack of investment on newer facilities. The cleanliness it’s ok but… I don’t think we can say “it’s Tunisia”… when you have 4* and it’s an international rate, if you wanna do the talk you must walk the…Some staff is very kind others like the receptionists are not the most friendly and not the most helpful… in fact very entitled…The food although was tasty the diversity was not there and as everything else very very dated…. The hotel offers a daily menu three times a day, although we did not try it as you can order food to the hotel from outside. The room was very comfortable and equipped with modern air conditioning. However, it was a bit dark and the television channels did not work. The hotel seems a bit left, which is evident from the tiles at the edge of the pool.
