Hôtel Beau Soleil — Hotel in Maghreb

I don't really recommend it! We arrived in a big mess only 2 receptionist are working and they couldn't handle the number of people cause we were a large group, our room was in the first floor (no elevator) we were 2 girls we suffered with our suitcases in the stairs (no stuff to help us/no porter). The room was kinda dirty ( bed sheets with yellow spots ), it was summer and the refrigerator doesn't work, no towels, thank god the air conditioner it's fonctionnal. Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei, personale maleducato, il tutto inizia con nessuno presente ne al cancello di entrata né alla reception (se avessi brutte intenzioni non avrei problemi) tavoli sporchi da precedenti clienti, non pulito, al momento del servizio, é stato “pulito” tanto per dire ahah, Vabhe, inizia il servizio, non fanno presente cosa é disponibile, alla mia richiesta e della mia ragazza, di due semplici drink, vodka lemon, la risposta é, ho solo birra, qualsiasi altra forma di drink é finita, ok, lecito finire l’alchol anche se in un hotel, ti fa storcere il naso, cameriere scocciatissimo, poco dopo altri clienti ordinano dei drink, ok non so se é antipatia o altro, ma non consiglieri a nessuno di andarci, nemmeno se tu stesso mi stai antipatico, tutto non curato, ma veramente niente di curato, il cameriere che ovviamente ha alzato il prezzo di vendita perché noi i prezzi li abbiamo visti, nessun problema, non ci torneremo mai più e spero nel fallimento economico e non di questi posti, sono il cancro del turismo e lo sfruttamento di ragazzi minori… Ah e ambiente… non proprio dei migliori, sta anche al personale che se si sta esagerando con il bere o il disturbo di altri clienti, sarebbe il momento di smettere o allontanare, ma scusate il personale era occupato in un altro festa… li affianco

C’è di meglio a letteralmente due passi a piedi, solo 50m e arrivi a Dar Gino… non ve lo dico neanche, da 6 stelle un altro tipo di servizio, solo...
