Where should I start? The only positive thing to say about this lodge is that the area in the oasis is great. However: The rooms were very dirty. My friend had several cockroaches in his room. I don't know when the shower was cleaned the last time. The carpet was dirty. The closet was broken. If I pay more than 130€ per night I expect room service. There was none. Dinner was ridiculously expensive and of low quality. I mentioned at least 5 times that I am a vegetarian and got served chicken in one dish. The bread served was wet one time, so obviously it has been with another guest before. Breakfast was very little. No fruits. Only bread with some jam. For that price per night… no comment… We booked a quad tour nearby and the hotel charged us doubled price than normal. There were three guys standing around only one working and speaking a little English. The other did literally nothing. The service overall was unbelievable bad. No water in the pool. In Tunisia, you can get excellent service and much better mid-range hotels for far less. This was by far the most expensive stay on our round trip, yet one of the worst. The rooms were dirty and very run-down. We had read so many positive reviews and were truly surprised by the reality. Maybe those reviews are just old. Luego de todos los hospedajes en los cuales fuimos parando durante nuestro road trip por Tunez, este fue un lujo. Comimos allí mismo, paseamos en 4x4 y luego pasamos la tarde al lado del hogar jugando juegos de mesa. Por la noche hubo un espectáculo, cenamos y a dormir calentitos! El desayuno también es muy completo. Si vais a pasar el día allí recomendamos coger pensión completa o media pensión que seguro sale más a cuenta. Las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables y serviciales. Lo recomendaría 100%! Nota adicional: se llega bien en coche turismo.
