Disappointing Stay – Poor Food, Slow Service, and Unacceptable Discrimination I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and regret to say it fell far below expectations. The food quality was extremely subpar for a hotel of this rating—meals were bland, poorly presented, and lacked variety. Even basic dishes felt like an afterthought.

The service was unbearably slow, despite the hotel being understaffed. Waiting 45 minutes for a coffee or to get towels delivered became routine. The few staff members present seemed overwhelmed and indifferent, showing no urgency to assist guests.

Most disturbingly, I witnessed blatant racial and gender-based discrimination in how guests were treated. Staff prioritized certain guests over others based on their race

Thabraca is by far one of the best 4 starts hotel in tunisia. I would like to thank you Mr Fethi Amri who is the head of reception for his support, warm welcome and his professionalism Mr Fethi keep up the good work you are currently doing, you are one of the best professionals in the field of tourism that i have ever met. I also would like to thank you Mr Mohamed Ali ( head of restaurant) for his professional and comprehensive approach along our stay at the hotel. Yes, there are things still to improve e.g running belts at the gym which are not functionning properly, ventilation and airconditioning system could be better, however the hotel is still designed to offer you a very confortable stay thanks to spacious rooms well isolated, front beach access , large swimming pool, gym,...

Après huit jours passés dans ce magnifique établissement, nous avons quitté les lieux le cœur lourd et les yeux pleins de tristesse. C’était sans aucun doute ma meilleure expérience en Tunisie, et pourtant j’ai déjà visité plusieurs autres endroits auparavant.

Animation exceptionnelle : Un grand merci à toute l’équipe d’animation, qui a su créer une ambiance festive et divertissante. Leur professionnalisme est indéniable, et ils ont assuré leur travail à 100%.

Accueil et service : Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Le personnel est attentif, à l’écoute, et aux petits soins. Deux grandes piscines et une plage sont à disposition, toujours surveillées par des agents de sécurité prêts à intervenir pour garantir la sécurité des clients. Par exemple, un matin, je suis allée nager avec ma petite sœur à 5h, et en moins de cinq minutes, un agent est venu nous surveiller, s’assurant que tout se passait bien. Il a bien précisé que sa présence était uniquement pour notre sécurité, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Propreté des chambres : La propreté de la chambre était irréprochable. Un grand merci à la femme de ménage, qui faisait un travail exceptionnel au quotidien. Elle veillait à ce que la chambre soit toujours impeccable, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre confort durant le séjour.

Cuisine : La nourriture était globalement bonne, avec un menu varié et de nombreuses options pour tous les goûts.

Ambiance locale : En tant qu'Algérienne, c'était la première fois que je voyais autant de Tunisiens dans un hôtel, et ils étaient majoritaires. J’ai adoré leur bonne humeur contagieuse, leur ambiance chaleureuse, et leur savoir-vivre. Cela a vraiment ajouté une dimension authentique à notre séjour.

Ce séjour a été une véritable bouffée d'air frais et je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience mémorable en Tunisie. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir rendu ces vacances inoubliables. Je reviendrai...
