Phebus Hotel — Hotel in Tunis

I have visited and stayed in this hotel for 2 days with a group of my friends from 19th July to 21st July and here is my experience about this place below: The overall experience was good at the hotel, but there were some pros and cons which are listed below: Pros: The hotels location is nice which is right next to the sea. It has its own private beach which is very clean and nice to hang around in. It is close to the town "La Marsa" which is a very good town in the country(which has one of the best KFC's) The price was very good compared to other hotels at the area. Breakfast and options for the breakfast are good.

Cons: The furniture generally are old in the rooms and even in the lobby. The public pool in the hotel's garden gets dirty and only gets maintained once a day. The garden "restaurant" only has a small option for foods they are both expensive and doesn't taste good. The convenient store in the hotel is...

By far one of the worst hotels i have stayed in Tunis, service is very bad, staff are very rude , I arrived late at night to check in and when request an extra blanket and pillow I was ignored, dispite offering to tip them.

Thaw door man took money from my friend he made him pay him to let him in the hotle with a bottle of alcohol which he purchased from the airport.

The chairs in the restaurant/brakefast loung are not good, it almost broke when I sat on it due to week joints, when I told the staff it didn't seem any think new, I do not advice brakefast here unless you are dying of starvation.

I am very disappointed with the money I spent here I really feel scammed as I have had better service...

It used to be nice but it certainly has not been maintained. Everything is old and dirty. No AC, it was hot and swarmed with mosquito and weeks after my stay I still have bruises on my skin from the bites. Every day they told us there’ll be AC tomorrow.
